How to take it
Add 1 (3g) to 1½ soup spoons (4.5g) to your recipes, such as smoothies, oats or yogurt. Aswagandha has an intense flavour profile, which is not always appreciated. You can add foods like cacao to disguise the intense flavour, and enhance the nutrition levels of your snack.
