Regular and intense exercise of high impact often leads to joint damage, which causes inflammation, pain and limited movement. Joint Sports contains 4 ingredients that together help to prevent and relieve symptoms in cases of joint weakness – glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM and Boswellia serrata.

Glucosamine decreases pain and improves joint function. Chondroitin has anti-inflammatory properties and helps in the viscosity of joints. MSM reduces peripheral pain and inflammation. Finally, Boswellia serrata is a potent anti-inflammatory, antiarthritic and analgesic agent.

How to take it

Take one tablet 3 times a day between meals. Do not exceed recommended daily intake.
