Ingredients

 

– 6 soup spoons of Oats & Whey Goldnutrition

– 6 soup spoons of Oat Flakes

– 3 soup spoons of Goji Berries

– 3 soup spoons of Sunflower Seeds

– 2 handfulls of Hazelnuts

– 2 soup spoons of Peanut Butter

– 1 soup spoon of Cinnamon

– Lime zest

– Add water if needed

Preparation

 

– Mix and crush all ingredients in food processor / blender

– Add water little by little until you get a homogeneous consistency

– Shape into balls with the palm of your hands

– Keep refrigerated for 3 hours at least

– Get ready to eat
