No oats for your pancakes for once. This time we are going to try out these fluffy and tasty whey pancakes with quinoa.

 

Ingredients for 3 pancakes

 

– 225g of cooked quinoa

– 3 scoops of lean unflavoured whey protein

– 1 1/2 soup spoon of flax seeds

– 3 eggs

– 1/2 spoon of baking powder (optional)

– 1/4 spoon of cinnamon tea

– coconut oil

– 1 handful of walnuts

– agave syrop

 

Preparation

 

– Blend all the ingredients until you obtain a creamy mixture

– Smear a skillet / frying pan with coconut oil, and pour a bit of the mixture

– As the pancake starts bubbling, flip it, and cook until both sides are golden, and the pancakes inflate to 1 cm.

Eat while they are warm, with walnuts and agave syrup
