Getting sick of making always the same protein shake? Try our Red Berries Protein Shake recommendation, using your favourite whey protein.




– 355 ml of water

– 1 cup of spinach

– 2 cups of frozen mix berries (can be strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, etc)

– 1/2 a cup of lean yogurt

– 1 spoon of lean pure whey protein

– 1 soup spoon of walnuts

– 1 soup spoon of flax seeds




Just blend it all, and serve before or after your workout
