A chocolate mousse without any eggs or butter? Can’t believe it? Check for yourself this deliciously healthy fitness recipe.



– 2 bananas

– 1 avocado

– 1 scoop of chocolate whey protein

– 2 soup spoons of powdered cacao

– 1 soup spoon of peanut butter

– Add coconut flakes



– Mix  the bananas and avocado for 30 seconds

– Add in whey powder, cacao and peanut butter until you get a soft and creamy mix

– Place in the refrigerator for one hour

– Decorate with coconut flakes and enjoy this yummy anabolic chocolate mousse
